High-temperature saturated steam is used as working medium and its high latent heat carrying capacity is used to realize strong heat penetration, which penetrates into the sterilized articles and releases latent heat of enthalpy in the steam, so that the sterilized articles are rapidly heated up to the sterilization temperature and maintained for a period of time, so that the protein in the bacteria is solidified and denatured, thereby killing all microbes including bacterial spores.

High-temperature sterilization is a simple, reliable, economical, fast and easily accepted sterilization method.

The medical wastes after treatment can be treated as general household garbage for final disposal, sanitary landfill or garbage incineration for power generation.

Treatment index: sterilization working temperature 134 ℃, working pressure 0.22Mpa, high temperature sterilization time 45 minutes, microorganism inactivation rate ≥ 99.99%, measured result ≥ 99.9999%

3. Animal Tissue (Residue) Handling Equipment

 

Lab animal carcass treatment equipment is also called animal tissue alkali hydrolysis treatment equipment, experimental animal tissue treatment equipment, animal tissue degradation system, animal residue processor, animal carcass harmless treatment equipment, etc.

The dead bodies of epidemic infected animals, including experimental animals and vaccine production animals required in the research process, are very dangerous, and the highly infectious virus and other harmful microbes are very likely to be hidden in these dead bodies. Improper treatment will cause diffusion and transmission, and seriously threaten the lives and health of human beings and other creatures. The traditional burying method can only be isolated, but can not kill harmful microbes; Incineration method will emit dioxin and other harmful gases when burning dead animals, which will seriously pollute the environment.

The animal carcass treatment equipment of our company adopts advanced high-temperature alkali hydrolysis treatment process, uses NaOH, KOH and other alkaline substances to hydrolyze protein, fat, nucleic acid, carbohydrate and other macromolecules in animal tissues into water-soluble small molecular segments under high temperature and pressure, so as to completely inactivate pathogenic microorganism and kill the most persistent prion. Animal tissues are treated to become solid residues, effluents, and a small amount of odorous, harmless gases to achieve harmless disposal. It can be widely used to treat various animal residues and biological tissues produced by various biological laboratories and animal vaccine plants.

4. Pet hydration bin

 

The pet hydration chamber is used for the harmless treatment of dead pet. The dead pet in the hydration chamber can be hydrolyzed by high temperature steam and alkali, which can kill all known germs and viruses. Meanwhile, the animal fat is dissolved in alkaline solution, and only the animal bone is stored after treatment.

This treatment method complies with the Animal Epidemic Prevention Law of the People's Republic of China and the Technical Specifications for Harmless Treatment of Dead and Damaged Animals issued by the Ministry of Agriculture.

Treated residue may be discharged into sewer or used for irrigation of ornamental plants.

Hydration is different from traditional fire, no smoke is discharged, no environmental pollution, the treated products can also be used as organic fertilizer liquid for irrigation of ornamental plants, belonging to pure green treatment.

The pet hydration cabin developed by the Company can be used in pet hospitals, pet funeral centers and other places. The equipment is made of high-quality stainless steel, beautiful and durable, and can be used either in fixed or in vehicles. During operation, only external water, electricity and liquefied gas (natural gas) are required for operation. The processing time for small pet is 2 hours to 3 hours, and that for medium and large pet is 3-4 hours. The equipment operation is simple, requiring only one person.

Hydration cabin has two kinds of manual operation and automatic operation. Manual operation is to manually operate the switch of each valve according to the specified parameters of the equipment during the treatment process, and automatic operation is to control the switch of each valve by the control box according to the set treatment procedures during the treatment process.

 

5. VOC tail gas treatment equipment

The VOC recovery unit mainly condenses the volatile organic matters in the tail gas into liquid by refrigeration technology for storage and recovery. Multi-stage cooling and adsorption are generally adopted. Cooling temperature and adsorption depth shall be determined according to composition of volatile gas, recovery rate and emission limit in tail gas.

The cooling separation and freezing double-action dehydration can ensure the continuous operation of the system. According to the project components and emission requirements, the system is cooled to - 70~- 110 ℃, and the volatile organic components are liquefied and separated. In addition, additional adsorption devices can be provided to ensure that the tail gas emission meets the standard.

The products are widely used in automobile, medicine, thermal power plant, waste incineration plant, steel, building materials, chemical industry, smelting, spraying, electronics, printing and dyeing, textile and other industries.

6. Desulfurization equipment

Natural gas and unconventional natural gas often contain H2S. Common desulfurization methods can be divided into dry method and wet method.

1. Dry desulfurization: fixed bed desulfurization tower is filled with oxidizing desulfurizer to remove H2S in feed gas, with simple process flow and stable operation. The desulfurizer shall be replaced after saturation.

2. Wet desulfurization: sour feed gas enters into the absorber, H2S in which is absorbed by the desulfurization liquid, and the desulfurized feed gas enters into the subsequent section. The desulfurized rich solution absorbed by H2S enters the regeneration tank after pressure reduction, in which oxidation reaction occurs with oxygen in the air to generate elemental sulfur foam. The desulfurized solution separated from the foam is lean solution, which is pressurized by the lean solution pump and then enters the absorber again for the next cycle. Sulfur foam will be gathered into sulfur after sedimentation, separation and heating, and then transported after cooling. During the operation of the unit, the alkali and catalyst in the desulfurized liquid are consumed to a certain extent and shall be replenished regularly.

7. Biogas purification and liquefaction equipment

 

Biogas, also known as landfill gas or biomass gas, is a mixture of methane, carbon dioxide and other components generated by decomposition of human and livestock manure or organic wastes in anaerobic environment when they are disposed in landfill. The emission of marsh gas will cause secondary pollution to the atmospheric environment. After purification and separation, the marsh gas can be collected and used as fuel to save energy and reduce emission.

The impurities to be removed in the process of LNG production from marsh gas liquefaction mainly include free water, solid particles, H2S, CO2 and steam, etc. The process production unit includes pretreatment unit, boosting unit, desulfurization unit, decarbonization unit, dehydration unit, storage and transportation unit of liquefaction unit and utilities, etc.
