1. Skid-mounted liquefaction equipment (natural gas, shale gas, coalbed gas and associated gas)

Skid-mounted liquefaction equipment includes pressure regulating unit, pre-treatment unit, liquefaction unit, storage and transportation unit and supporting power supply unit, control unit, etc. The integrated design is adopted for the daily processing capacity below 30000m3. The compressor and the cold box are integrally packaged in one skid. There is no need to connect the pipeline at the refrigerant side on the site, so as to avoid the risk of refrigerant leakage. Make the skid-mounted liquefaction unit more compact and easier to be skid-mounted.

2. Purification equipment (deacidification, dehydration and heavy hydrocarbon removal)

Hazard and control index of impurities in raw materials

The impurities to be removed from conventional feed gas mainly include liquid free water, solid particles H2O. Sour gas (including CO2, H2S), etc. Firstly, acid gas is removed by alcohol amine method, and then impurities such as water, heavy hydrocarbon and mercury are removed by molecular sieve adsorption.

Remove acidic gas

The methods for removing acid gas mainly include molecular sieve adsorption method, alcohol amine method, modified hot potassium method, sulfonamine method, etc. The solvent to be removed and process selection are mainly based on: feed gas composition, pressure, product specification requirements, total cost and operation cost estimation, etc. The deacidification unit of Hongke Qingneng will be designed separately according to the gas composition and site working environment, mainly based on ethanolamine method. 

 

dehydration

Natural gas dehydration methods mainly include absorption method and adsorption method. For small-sized projects, molecular sieve adsorption method is recommended for dehydration, because this method has strong adsorption capacity (even under low water vapor partial pressure, it also has high adsorption capacity) and can further remove residual acid gas at the same time. Moreover, the molecular sieve dehydration unit is simple in operation, compact in area and suitable for small-sized projects. Regeneration gas of molecular sieve system comes from BOG recovered from cold energy in reliquefaction unit.

Removal of Trace Mercury and Aromatic Hydrocarbons

A special sulphur impregnated coal-based activated carbon is used to remove possible trace amounts of mercury. Use special adsorbents to remove possible aromatic hydrocarbons.

4. BOG reliquification equipment

Provide BOG reliquefaction unit for LNG storage tanks of various specifications and tank car filling station, with a processing capacity of 50~5000Sm ³/d. Low energy consumption, full automation and high reliability of the unit.

 

5. Light hydrocarbon recovery and mixed hydrocarbon separation equipment

For the oilfield associated gas produced by small oil fields, the low temperature separation method is adopted for light hydrocarbon recovery to separate the mixed light hydrocarbon and dry gas products, so as to achieve the purpose of comprehensive utilization of oil and gas resources. Further, the mixed hydrocarbon can be fractionated to produce stable light hydrocarbon and LPG products; Dry gas can be further liquefied into LNG products at low temperature to increase added value.
