Three-phase separator

The three-phase separator independently developed by our company can be used in oil and gas exploitation and chemical environmental protection fields to realize fine separation of oil, water and gas. It has a unique separation structure, simple structure, reliable operation and low failure rate. With horizontal and vertical structures, carbon steel, stainless steel and other materials can be used according to different process requirements.

filter

Precision filter is mainly characterized by high precision, large flow and high temperature resistance. If these impurities are not removed, they will cause additional production loss and product quality problems. The filter element inside can be of different types, such as PP melt blown filter element, wire-wound filter element, folded filter element, titanium filter element, activated carbon filter element and other tubular filter elements as filter elements. Different filter elements are mainly selected according to different filter media, temperature and filtering accuracy.

Absorption tank
The design pressure is 1MPa~10MPa, which can be used for various adsorption and separation equipment. By adding different fillers and process design, it can be used in various fields such as desulfurization, des, decarbonization, nitrogen production, dehydration, dealkylation and hydrogen production.

3. Heat Exchanger

The shell-and-tube heat exchanger is composed of shell, tube sheet, heat transfer tube bundle, baffle and channel. The shell is mostly cylindrical, with parallel tube bundle inside, and both ends of the tube bundle are fixed on the tube plate. Two kinds of fluids for heat exchange in the equipment, one flowing in the tube is called tube side fluid; The other flow outside the tube is called the shell-side fluid. To improve the heat transfer coefficient of the fluid outside the tube, a certain number of baffles are usually installed in the shell. This heat exchanger is simple in structure, low in cost, wide in flow section and easy to clean scale. It is mainly made of metal and can be used under high temperature and high pressure. It is widely used.

U-tube heat exchanger is composed of channel, shell, tube bundle, etc. U-tube heat exchanger has only one tube sheet without floating head, and all structures are simple. The heat exchange tube shall be U-shaped and fixed on the same tubesheet at both ends. As the shell and tube are separated, the thermal expansion can be ignored. The tube bundle can expand and contract freely without temperature difference stress due to temperature difference of fluid medium. This heat exchanger is simple in structure and cheaper than other heat exchangers.

4. Hot blast stove

The hot-blast furnace adopts the multi-head spiral groove plate heat exchange technology, integrating the combustion and heat exchange design, making the product structure compact, reasonable layout, large heat exchange intensity, fast temperature rise and high heat efficiency. Small floor area, convenient installation and operation, clean hot air, stable performance, etc.
