Disposal Equipment Sterilization Process
The medical waste is loaded into the sterilization vehicle and enters the high temperature steam sterilization cabin. The cabin door is automatically closed and locked. The program control operation is started to extract non-condensable air. Saturated steam is filled to make the temperature in the sterilization equipment reach 134 ℃. The disinfection is automatically timed for 45 minutes. High-temperature steam in the cabin is extracted and the cabin door is opened. Then, the treated waste is lifted, crushed and output.
In the process, the flue gas and water vapor purification system is provided, and the spray method, filtration method and adsorption method are combined as the main treatment process to realize clean gas emission. The emission standard meets the relevant requirements of Integrated Emission Standard of Air Pollutants and Odor Emission Standard. The wastewater generated is collected to the front pipe of the UV sterilizer and discharged after disinfection by the UV sterilizer. For the control of equipment noise, the installation of silencer and the use of silent air compressor greatly reduce the generation of noise.
Equipment operation:
The whole sterilization operation procedure of the disposal equipment is computer fixed and automatically controlled, without manual intervention. The operation is simple and avoids the risk of contacting medical waste. Only 2 operators are required for each shift, and they can work after simple training.
Sterilization effect:
The medical waste can be treated as common domestic waste, landfilled or transported to the waste incineration plant for incineration and power generation. Through the sterilization effect test, the sterilization effect of the high temperature steam treatment equipment for medical waste completely meets the requirements of Technical Specification for Sterilization.
Site conditions and construction period:
Both indoor and outdoor, the site is basically flat, 380V power supply or generator can be put into operation on the same day.

Service life:
The service life of the complete machine is 10 years.
