The tail gas scrubbing skid adopts the innovative gas-liquid counter-current contact technology, through spraying scrubbing liquid to deeply purify the hydrogen sulphide, carbon dioxide, organic sulphur and other pollutants in the tail gas. When the sulphur-containing tail gas enters the water washing skid, the scrubbing liquid is in full contact with the tail gas, and the acidic gas and impurities are quickly dissolved and absorbed by physical absorption and chemical reaction. The separated rich liquid can be recycled after regeneration treatment, which effectively reduces the operation cost. The equipment can be operated flexibly and the washing parameters can be precisely adjusted according to the composition of the tail gas, which is suitable for different working conditions and builds a solid foundation for the subsequent treatment of the tail gas.
