Surpassing ourselves and striving for excellence - Hongke Qingneng's 2025 team-building activity in Qinhuangdao comes to a successful conclusion
The sea breeze brushing against our faces, the autumn ambiance is strong, and our team is united, filled with joy. From September 6th to 7th, 2025, all members of Hongke Qingneng traveled to Qinhuangdao, the pearl of the Bohai Sea, to participate in a two-day team-building activity themed "Surpass Yourself, Rise Up". Together, we composed a chapter of autumn filled with laughter and warmth.
On the morning of September 6th, the company team successfully arrived in Qinhuangdao. In the afternoon, everyone eagerly headed to the first stop of this team-building activity - Yudao Ocean Resort. Here, the sand is soft and the tide is calm, with the sea and sky blending into one color. Colleagues eagerly embraced the embrace of nature, either experiencing exciting marine activities, strolling on the fine sandy beach, or relaxing in the hot spring pool. Laughter and joy accompanied the sound of waves, not only relieving the pressure of daily work but also deepening mutual friendship through collaboration and interaction. The vitality and passion of the team were fully unleashed at this moment.
In the evening, a sumptuous dinner unfolded in a warm and lively atmosphere. The company leaders expressed their gratitude to all employees for their hard work and encouraged everyone to continue to work together in the future to achieve even greater successes. Subsequently, the most anticipated lucky draw pushed the dinner to a climax. With each lucky draw, applause and cheers rang out continuously, filling the venue with joy and luck.
On September 7th, the team arrived at Happy Bay and boarded the long-awaited sightseeing cruise ship. The vast expanse of blue waves and seagulls soaring in the sky filled everyone's eyes. Leaning on the rail, they gazed into the distance, feeling the vastness and magnificence of the sea, and took photos to remember this unforgettable sea journey. The sea breeze brushing against their faces not only blew away their fatigue but also inspired them with a sense of passion to set sail, brave the waves, and embark on a journey towards the future together.
At noon, after enjoying our last authentic seafood lunch, the team-building activity came to an end. With a full harvest and memories, all the employees embarked on the return journey.
The team-building trip to Qinhuangdao not only allowed employees to appreciate the unique charm of the coastal city and relax their bodies and minds, but also provided a platform for in-depth communication and enhanced understanding among colleagues from various departments through a series of collective activities, effectively enhancing the team's collaborative spirit and collective sense of belonging.
