Recently, the 100000m3/d vehicle-mounted skid-mounted natural gas liquefaction (LNG) project independently developed by Hongke Qingneng has been successfully put into production at one time and realized over-production operation, marking a milestone breakthrough in the field of high nitrogen content, complex component natural gas liquefaction technology and mobile equipment!

The Project is located in Aksu Region of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, with high nitrogen content well gas as the raw material (nitrogen content is significantly higher than conventional gas source). Through customized pretreatment and high-efficiency liquefaction process, the daily processing capacity is successfully improved to more than 100000 standard cubic meters. The Project adopts modular and vehicle-mounted skid-mounted design. The purity and output of LNG products meet the design indicators. The unit has the advantages of rapid deployment, flexible migration and efficient production, providing innovative solutions for the development of unconventional natural gas resources. At present, the unit is in continuous and stable operation and officially put into production.

Compared with traditional LNG plants, the Project only takes 1 month from equipment mobilization to completion of commissioning, including only 12 days from gas delivery to full commissioning, creating a new record for commissioning of LNG projects of the same scale in China, and showing our technical strength in the field of modular natural gas liquefaction. The operation is stable after putting into production, and all indicators reach the industry leading level. ”Technical Director of the Project said. The successful application of this technology fills the market gap of mobile natural gas Liquefaction Equipment in China, and can be widely used in shale gas, coalbed gas, oilfield associated gas and other scenes in the future.

The project put into production adopts the advanced liquefaction process to transform the natural gas resources that are difficult to be effectively utilized into LNG products that are convenient for storage and transportation. The flexible and efficient vehicle-mounted skid-mounted mode is adopted to build a clean energy supply network covering the southern Xinjiang area. This innovative mode not only solves the problem of natural gas supply in remote areas, but also plays an important role in peak regulation and supply guarantee during peak gas consumption in winter, providing solid guarantee for regional energy security.
