Vehicle-Mounted Skid-Mounted LNG Plant

The equipment adopts innovative skid-mounted structure design, integrating complex production units into standardised skid blocks, and is delivered to the site in a ‘ready-to-use’ mode after precision manufacturing and stringent commissioning in the factory. Users only need to complete the pipeline connection and power supply connection, and after joint commissioning, it can be quickly put into operation, significantly reducing the threshold of project construction.

    Vehicle-mounted liquefaction station features

    The truck-mounted liquefaction station is known for its excellent performance parameters and high flexibility. With a total floor space of about 30*45m, it can achieve a stable capacity output of 3-10 m3/day in a limited space, which is suitable for different scales of energy recovery needs. In the face of complex gas source conditions, the equipment can be flexibly equipped with pressure boosting, hydrocarbon removal, desulphurisation and other functional units to ensure that the quality of the gas source meets the standards. In terms of project construction cycle, relying on prefabricated pipeline technology, it takes only 15 days for the equipment to be in place and reassembled on site, 5 days to complete commissioning, and 20 days to put into operation, which is significantly ahead of the traditional scheme.
